Luckily Makerbot sells 120mm wide rolls (though $25 a roll is pricey). Eventually, I'll try routing a PCB bed since the one they sell is too small.Merrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17529290094906751273noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4339813531032979196.post-85755759590342247442012-04-07T17:21:29.079+01:002012-04-07T17:21:29.079+01:00It stops working after a while. I can use lower temperatures with other types of ABS.

I measure the temperature of the aluminium plate underneath, so I expect the surface of the FR4 will be quite a bit lower than that, and lower than the PET already.nopheadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12801535866788103677noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4339813531032979196.post-54844699898072848102011-06-12T08:38:52.062+01:002011-06-12T08:38:52.062+01:00It could also be interesting to test what the lowe...It could also be interesting to test what the lowest temperature you can get ABS to stably stick to this stuff is, rather than just going with whatever works for PET tape, as maybe this can do better. :)4ndyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08675315515117082792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4339813531032979196.post-39611577484542741042011-06-11T22:06:00.076+01:002011-06-11T22:06:00.076+01:00CEM-1 is a Paper core and fibreglass resin outer, ...CEM-1 is a Paper core and fibreglass resin outer, it's usually just single sided and should work just as well as FR4.
